For youth ages 10–17, our after-school program goes beyond academics. We hire aged-out youth as front desk receptionists and classroom aides, providing mentorship through lived experience to guide and inspire our youth. Students receive tutoring, weekend family bonding field trips, career exploration activities, ACT/SAT prep, drivers ed, life skills support, and academic tracking to help them graduate and pursue secondary education.

For youth ages 15–17, this one-on-one coaching program prepares teens to age out of foster care successfully. We focus on drivers education, financial literacy, life skills, and weekly meetings with a success coach. We also cover senior pictures and activities they might otherwise miss. Acting as their parent program, we attend parent-teacher meetings and maintain regular communication with school counselors. Our goal: raising productive, independent members of society.
For youth ages 10–14, this program builds behavioral and emotional regulation, quarterly goal setting, life skills, and the power of community. Participants develop long-term friendships and networks, learning teamwork, responsibility, and leadership from an early age.

We connect foster youth with meaningful internships that build resumes, uncover career interests, and teach professional skills. These experiences prepare youth for independence while giving them real-world confidence and purpose.
For youth ages 10–17, our camps provide hands-on, real-world skills in cooking, car maintenance, hair care, construction, art, and more. We partner with FIU to teach HVAC, exposing youth to technical trades and career pathways. Activities like sailing, pickleball, golf, and volleyball give them opportunities they might not otherwise experience. Aged-out youth are hired as camp staff, serving as mentors and guides, sharing their lived experience to inspire the younger participants. These camps build confidence, independence, and curiosity, making learning practical, engaging, and memorable.

Our aged-out youth residents travel across the U.S. and internationally as a reward for graduating high school. Through these trips, they experience new cultures, build confidence, and broaden their perspectives, gaining life-changing opportunities that inspire them to dream bigger.
Our volunteers commit to a one-year mentorship to our aged out youth, taking them to dinners, church, and family-style activities to provide a model of a healthy family. Many mentors continue their relationships well beyond the initial year, offering long-term support and guidance that profoundly shapes our youth’s lives.

Youth participate in service projects while celebrating life and milestones. We host Valentine’s, Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas celebrations, and bi-monthly birthday parties for foster youth in our community of all ages, giving them joy, normalcy, and a sense of belonging.
Healing from trauma is at the heart of everything we do. With 89% of our youth facing mental health challenges, we provide a trauma-informed sanctuary featuring on-site therapy, equine programs, and clinician-led coaching. By bringing licensed care directly into our centers, we remove barriers to healing and provide the stable, supportive environment every child deserves.
