Caterpillar Program

Foundations for a Brighter Future

Early intervention is the key to breaking the cycle of instability. For youth ages 10–14, the Caterpillar Program provides a structured, supportive environment where the focus is on personal growth and the power of connection. By investing in a child’s emotional and social development during these formative years, we set the stage for a successful transition into adolescence and beyond.

Rather than just providing supervision, we offer a curriculum-based approach that helps young people understand their potential and their place within a community.

Program Focus Areas:

  • Emotional & Behavioral Regulation: Equipping youth with tools to manage emotions, navigate conflict, and build healthy coping mechanisms.
  • Goal-Oriented Growth: Quarterly goal-setting sessions that teach youth how to visualize their future and take practical steps toward achieving it.
  • Essential Life Skills: Age-appropriate responsibilities and practical daily skills to begin the journey toward independence.
  • Community & Leadership: Long-term friendships and support networks emphasizing teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect.
