WORK WITH OUR KIDS

 

If you enjoy working directly with kids, we have several needs for volunteers.

  • Chaperoning events
  • Tutoring – weekly commitment preferred
  • Lessons in extracurricular activities such as sports, music, art, etc.
  • Mentoring – year long commitment preferred
  • Internships – For our 18-year-olds looking for career options

If you are interested in any of these volunteer opportunities, please contact Fritzie Saintoiry, Executive Director

**Please note: We require background checks for our volunteers working directly with our kids.

You can be a blessing to our children by donating many types of items, such as clothing, school supplies, toys, furniture, items for gardening, books and appliances. We also accept holiday presents during the holiday seasons when our children feel the most alone. Please contact us in regards to dropping off donations.  Please look at our wish list (below) for ways to help our children throughyour donations.

•    Toiletries
•    Books (children or educational)
•    New undergarments (socks, underwear, etc.) Contact us for current sizes
•    Blankets and stuffed animals
•    Toys
•    Job interview clothing for teen boys (suites, ties, dress shoes, etc) – Contact us for current sizes

•    Cleaning supplies
•    Appliances (microwaves, TVs, DVD players, etc.)
